Sin embargo, mientras muchos ponen el foco en el impacto <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"925\">t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"951\">verdadero desaf\u00edo<\/strong> est\u00e1 en otro plano: <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"985\">el humano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1132\">No existe una <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1036\">adopci\u00f3n sostenible de la IA<\/strong> sin una <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1066\">cultura preparada<\/strong>, un <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1091\">talento alineado<\/strong> y una <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1131\">gesti\u00f3n del cambio consciente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1137\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1200\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del algoritmo: el impacto organizacional de la IA<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1434\">Implementar <strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1241\">inteligencia artificial<\/strong> no se trata solo de <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1287\">instalar herramientas<\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1307\">conectar APIs<\/strong>.
