Today we introduce José Pinglo, Country Manager of METRICA USA and Cloud Architect at METRICA Peru, whose career reflects our commitment to technology excellence, cloud innovation, and international expansion.
Born in Lima, Peru, José developed an early passion for technology and understanding how software and information systems work. That curiosity became the foundation of a career focused on solving complex business challenges through technology.
He began his technical education at CIBERTEC before earning a Systems Engineering degree from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). He later completed an MBA at PAD Business School to strengthen his business leadership capabilities and continues expanding his expertise in emerging technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence.
Throughout his professional career, José has led software development initiatives, digital transformation projects, cloud architecture strategies, and technology modernization programs for organizations operating across international markets. His experience combines technical leadership with business development, enabling him to bridge technology and business objectives.
José joined METRICA in 2024 to lead one of the company’s key strategic initiatives: expanding METRICA’s presence in the United States. As Country Manager of METRICA USA, he is responsible for business development, market analysis, commercial strategy, and strengthening the company’s operational capabilities in North America.
In parallel, he also serves as Cloud Architect for METRICA Peru, supporting the design and continuous evolution of the cloud infrastructure that powers both internal operations and customer technology services.
This dual role allows him to connect business strategy with technical innovation while strengthening collaboration between METRICA’s teams in Peru and the United States.
