At METRICA, we remain strongly committed to young talent. One of our most solid commitments is to provide real learning experiences through METRICA LAB<\/strong>, our internship program in the tech sector.<\/p>\n

Over the past few months, several students have participated in a new edition of METRICA LAB. Today, after completing their internship, they share their perspective on the experience, the impact it had on their professional growth, and why these types of initiatives are key for making the leap into the IT job market.<\/p>\n

A professional and human environment that drives growth<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the aspects most valued by the students has been the work atmosphere at METRICA. They describe it as welcoming, collaborative, and enriching\u2014a place where they felt supported at every stage of their learning journey. Being integrated into real teams allowed them to discover how tech projects are actually run and understand the inner workings of the professional environment.<\/p>\n

Hands-on training with real technologies from the IT sector<\/strong><\/p>\n

During their time at METRICA LAB, students had the chance to acquire applied technical knowledge, work with everyday tools used in the tech industry, and become familiar with agile methodologies, development best practices, and problem-solving in real-world scenarios.<\/p>\n

This practical approach is what sets METRICA LAB apart from other initiatives: here, knowledge is built through experience, supported by mentoring from professionals who share their expertise and guide each participant\u2019s development.<\/p>\n

The students agree that programs like METRICA LAB are essential for transitioning from studies to the job market. It helped them gain confidence, solidify their career goals, and begin crafting a clearer professional roadmap.<\/p>\n

In the words of one participant: “This program was the opportunity I needed to confirm that I want to work in the IT world. I gained knowledge, but above all, confidence and motivation.”<\/em><\/p>\n
