At METRICA, we believe that success is not only measured by business results but also by the wellbeing of the people who make those results possible. That\u2019s why this year we launched our very first CARE MONTH<\/strong>\u2014a dedicated time to promote healthy habits, physical activity, and social engagement among all employees across our international offices.<\/p>\r\n

This special month was more than just an opportunity to encourage an active lifestyle. It allowed us to connect, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful causes that reflect our values. Here’s how CARE MONTH unfolded and the amazing achievements we reached together.<\/p>\r\n

Highlights from CARE MONTH<\/h3>\r\n

Throughout CARE MONTH, various activities were held across METRICA\u2019s global offices. These were some of the most memorable:<\/p>\r\n

1. Global Step Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We kicked off CARE MONTH with a fun and energizing challenge: a global step competition! Employees from different countries joined forces (and steps) to see who could accumulate the most steps throughout the month. The challenge sparked motivation, movement, and a healthy dose of friendly competition.<\/p>\r\n

2. International Charity Events<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Solidarity played a key role in CARE MONTH. We organized events in several locations that combined physical activity with a positive social impact:<\/p>\r\n

    Charity runs in Madrid, Barcelona, Santiago de Chile, and Lima, where participants supported local causes while enjoying an active, community-centered day.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    A Reforestation Day in Lisbon, where we helped protect the environment by planting trees and sharing a unique outdoor experience as a team.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    3. Free Subscription to Running.COACH<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Thanks to our partnership with Running.COACH, all employees received 3 months of free access to this innovative AI-based app. It designs personalized training plans to help users meet their fitness goals in a smarter and more motivating way.<\/p>\r\n

    4. CARE MONTH TOURNAMENT<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    At METRICA\u2019s central headquarters, we hosted our first-ever CARE MONTH TOURNAMENT\u2014a friendly internal padel competition that brought together teams from all departments. It was a fantastic way to build team spirit and enjoy a day of health, sports, and camaraderie.<\/p>\r\n

      These numbers reflect the strong commitment of METRICA\u2019s global team to staying active and working together to make this month truly special.<\/p>\r\n
