Born in Lima, Peru, Guillermo developed a passion for technology, information systems, and process improvement at an early age. That curiosity led him to build a strong career in the IT industry, contributing to software development, technical support, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
After studying Systems Analysis at INFOPUC, Guillermo expanded his expertise by leading multidisciplinary teams, managing technology projects, and delivering solutions that successfully bridge business objectives and technical implementation.
Throughout his career, he has worked across industries including banking, insurance, services, and healthcare laboratories. He also gained valuable international experience supporting multiple regional subsidiaries for a multinational company before continuing his professional career in Chile.
Guillermo joined METRICA in 2024, initially working in support services and help desk operations. As his responsibilities grew, he transitioned into project leadership, team coordination, and innovation initiatives that support our clients’ digital transformation strategies.
Today, as Development Project Leader at METRICA Chile, he leads technology projects, connects business stakeholders with technical teams, and contributes to the development of Artificial Intelligence-driven solutions designed to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
