At METRICA, we firmly believe in nurturing young talent, and our METRICA LAB internship program is a clear reflection of that commitment. After their first month with us, three of our students shared their initial impressions in a video reel featured on our social media platforms.
Our participants arrived with a solid technical foundation, but what they’ve experienced through METRICA LAB goes far beyond the classroom. Over the past month, they’ve had the chance to apply their skills in real projects, face professional challenges, and significantly boost their technical and soft skills. With guidance from our expert trainer, they’ve elevated their training to the next level—gaining key competencies that can only be acquired by working in real-world environments.
In their interviews, the students express how satisfied they are with the beginning of this journey and share their goals for the near future. Their objectives are clear: to complete their METRICA LAB training, reach full readiness, and—ideally—join our team on one of the exciting projects we’re working on.
