At METRICA, we understand that social transformation begins from within. We strive to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment while extending our positive impact to the communities where we operate.
At METRICA, we promote positive social impact through participation in and organization of charity events, solidarity activities, and integration programs for at-risk groups.
We also advocate for diversity and equal opportunity. As signatories of the UN Global Compact, we participate in the Target Gender Equality program, advancing gender equity in the sector.
At METRICA, we ensure an inclusive and equitable workplace, promoting diversity in all its forms. Through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy and the Equality Plan, we foster fair opportunities through mentoring, training, and awareness events. These initiatives strengthen our commitment to equality and to building a respectful and accessible workplace for everyone.
At METRICA, diversity is a reality. We employ professionals from 15 nationalities and age ranges from 21 to 64 years, encouraging youth employment and training for recent graduates.
Additionally, more than 140 women (30%) are part of our team, exceeding the IT sector average, and 40% hold leadership positions—well above the global average (20%).
