From Venezuela to Peru: A Career Built on Commitment

Isabel was born in Venezuela and grew up between Caracas and Aragua, where she earned a degree in Tourism Business Administration. She began her professional career at the main electric power company in Caracas, an experience that shaped her perspective on leadership, discipline, and professional responsibility.

Eight years ago, Peru became her second home. There, she continued developing her career and expanded her expertise with a diploma in Human Resource Management, strengthening her focus on people management within corporate environments.


Joining METRICA and Professional Growth

In 2024, Isabel joined METRICA initially to conduct a consulting engagement within the operations area, now known as Service Delivery. From her first interaction with the company, she was impressed by METRICA’s collaborative culture, close‑knit environment, and genuine commitment to people.

As the organization evolved, so did her role. Today, she serves as Service Delivery Manager in IT Staff Augmentation, leading a key function focused on managing and supporting IT professionals assigned to technology projects.
