Last week, METRICA held The Metrica Challenge 2025, our annual event that gathered employees and leaders from across our international offices to reflect on last year’s accomplishments, set our sights on the future, and reinforce the shared values that define us as a company. Over the course of two days, the event became our epicenter for innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision—strengthening METRICA’s commitment to growth and excellence.

The event opened with a comprehensive review of our 2024 performance, celebrating key milestones and laying out clear, ambitious goals for 2025. It also provided a space for teams to share insights and strategies that have driven success across different markets.


Core Themes: Corporate Values, Artificial Intelligence, and Global Expansion

One of the central themes of The Metrica Challenge 2025 was the importance of reinforcing our company values, exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline operations, and accelerating METRICA’s global expansion. We discussed strategies to ensure a positive environmental and social impact, while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our international presence.

Artificial Intelligence was another key focus. We took our first steps toward implementing AI-powered solutions that will boost efficiency and decision-making—marking a significant shift in METRICA’s tech evolution.
